Kawartha Settlers Village and the Bobcaygeon Chamber of Commerce hosted close to 2,000 guests at the 3rd Annual Bobcaygeon Wine & Food Festival. Guests were able to sample the art, food, wine and brews of 50 exhibitors. During the day five musical groups provided the background for the seminar by Shari Darling, “The Sophisticated Wino”, and the cooking demonstrations by the celebrity chef Corbin Tomaczeski. “Great time!” “What a Party!” “Terrific Food! “ “ We’ll be back next year!” “Excellent music and entertainment” These are some of the comments received after the 3rd Annual Bobcaygeon Wine & Food Festival event.

The festival board has been meeting on a regular basis during the winter months and now with the early arrival of Spring the event committees have kicked into high gear. Plans and preparations are well under way to make this year's festival the best one yet. Exhibitor's have been signing up, the entertainment and demonstrations details are at this moment being confirmed and will be posted as soon as they are complete. All in all it looks like the 2010 Bobcaygeon Wine & Food Festival is going to be a good one.

Details have been firmed up with the entertainment and we're excited with the plans. Food demonstrations using an outdoor wood-fired oven & pit-roasting are only some of the fun, wine demo's, tastings, a barbershop quartet and other musical entertainers will be abound.
